Welcome to the Maar Maar Woods online shop

This is where each comfort bird finds its way into the world. Every bird here is one of a kind, hand carved with care and intention.   Please allow up to 24 hours for confirmation of your purchase.   Due to the current postal strike, shipping may be delayed, but your bird will arrive safely within two weeks.  If you're in the Ottawa/Gatineau area, feel free to contact me to arrange a pick up instead.   

A Fresh Start Each Month - to keep the shop easy to browse, I update at the beginning of each month by removing birds that have already been adopted. This helps make space for the newest flock. All previously sold birds can still be found on the Life Memories and/or  Adopted Birds page - their stories continue to live there.

Please note -  new birds will be added to The Nest each week.
